Through a range of transformative services including workshops, mentoring programs, conferences, retreats, and insightful books, we provide tools, guidance, and support needed for women to heal, grow and thrive.

Meet the Founder
Dr. Patsy Rizzo
Leader. Visionary. Minister.
Dr. Patsy Rizzo, born in Little Rock,
Arkansas, has transformed her life of pain and rejection into a powerful ministry of healing and service to God and humanity. An author, teacher, and transformational speaker, she holds Doctoral Degrees in Theology and Christian Education, as well as a PhD in Philosophy. Dr. Rizzo's mission is to help women break free from trauma, and her empowering message is clear: "No more trauma train-this is your stop, time to get off!

This author truly opened up in this book, revealing her past a powerful way. I first read it when she handed it to me, and as a friend of Ms. Rizzo for over fifteen years, I was shocked by the events described. It was an intriguing read.
